1.NBR butyl rubber sealing ring for cyanide:
Suitable for oil, glycol, hydraulic oil hydraulic oil, diester lubricants, silicone oil, Silicon grease, gasoline, water and other media use. Is currently the most widely used, low-cost rubber seals. Does not apply to polar solvents, such as ketones hydrocarbons, ozone, Nitro, MEK and chloroform. Service temperature range is-40~120℃.
2.HNBR of hydrogen cyanide-butyl rubber sealing ring:
Has excellent corrosion resistance, tensile and compressive deformation-resistant characteristics, resistance to ozone, sunlight and weather resistance is better. Bidin cyanide rubber have a better abrasion resistance. Suitable for washing machine, automobile engine systems and use of new environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a refrigerant in the system. Not recommended for use in alcohol, esters or aromatic solutions. Service temperature range is-40~150℃.
3.SIL silicone rubber sealing ring:
Has excellent resistance to heat, cold, ozone and weathering properties. Has very good insulation properties. But poor tensile strength than regular rubber and not with oil. Suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens. Also suitable for all kinds of contact with the human body's supplies, such as water bottles, drinking fountains, etc. Not recommended for use in the majority of solvent, oil, acid and sodium hydroxide. Service temperature range is-55~250℃.
4.VITON fluorine rubber sealing ring:
Resistant to high temperatures than silicone, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is bad. For most of the oil and solvent resistant, particularly acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and oils. Suitable for diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical sealing needs. Not recommended for use in low molecular weight esters and ketones, nitrite-containing mixture. Service temperature range is-20~250℃.
5.FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring:
Performance and advantages of fluorine rubber, and silicone rubber, oil resistance, solvent resistance, oil resistance and high temperature resistance are good. Resistant to oxygen-containing compounds, solvents and chlorine-containing aromatic hydrocarbons by solvent erosion. Typically used in aviation, aerospace and military applications. 6.EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring:
With good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Can be used in alcohols and ketones, can also be used for sealing of high temperature steam environment. Applicable sanitary equipment, automotive radiator and brake systems. Not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oil. Service temperature range is-55~150℃.
7.CR neoprene sealing ring:
Resistant to sunlight, particularly good weather resistance. Not afraid of Dichloro-difluoro-methane and ammonia and other refrigerants, resistant to dilute sulfuric acid, grease lubricant, mineral oil with low aniline point expansion in large quantity. At low temperature crystallization and hardened. Applicable to all kinds of exposure to air, sunlight, ozone-environment and a variety of flame resistance, chemical resistance the seal links. Not recommended in strong acid, Nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chemicals in chloroform and acetone. Service temperature range is-55~120℃.
